Universal Peace Federation, UPF
The Universal Peace Federation is a global alliance of individuals and organizations dedicated to building a world of peace, a world in which everyone can live in freedom, harmony, cooperation, and co-prosperity for all.
UPF-USA is headquartered in New York, New York and is the coordinating body for UPF activities within the US. The activities of the US Chapter are far ranging, working with hundreds of partner organizations and more than 15,000 Ambassadors for Peace nationwide.

Ambassadors for Peace
The Ambassadors for Peace Initiative is a worldwide network of leaders dedicated to transcending racial, religious and ethnic boundaries to promote a world of genuine peace. Launched in 2001, Ambassadors for Peace has become the world's largest and most diverse network of peace leaders. They come from all walks of life representing all races, religions, nationality and cultures, and commit themselves to:
Stand on the common ground of universal moral principles, committed to promoting reconciliation, overcoming barriers, and building peace.
Form a global network of leaders representing the religious, racial, and ethnic diversity of the human family, as well as all disciplines of human endeavor.
Participate in peace initiatives and programs that promote reconciliation and cooperation beyond traditional boundaries of religion, race, ethnicity, and nationality.
Promote and practice the ethic of "living for the sake of others" as the guiding principle for building world peace and a global community.
The network of Ambassadors for Peace includes a wide variety of people, such as diplomats, clergy, civic leaders, artists, athletes, students, scholars, lawyers, health professionals, businessmen, journalists, and current and former heads of state.

Women’s Federation for World Peace
Our Vision: Women working together to establish a culture of heart in the family, community, nation and world in order to achieve genuine and sustainable peace under God.
WFWP is a dynamic organization that is committed to providing women with the opportunity to create lasting peace in the world, through seminars, forums at the United Nations, racial and religious reconciliation projects, national and international conferences, and service projects.
WFWP USA asserts that the family is the cornerstone of peace in the world, and that mature couples are the foundation for strong and loving families. WFWP thus encourages every woman to become a "woman of peace" through cultivating her heart, the mother's heart, to care not just for her own children but for the children of others, the children of other nations, the children of the world, by developing and expressing the qualities of empathy, forgiveness, and unconditional love.
With more than 35 state and city chapters, WFWP USA was established in 1992 by Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon. Dr. Moon and her husband, the Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon, are a remarkable couple who have worked together for over 50 years, to pioneer a way for peace. A nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, WFWP USA has ongoing programs in seven areas: our signature Bridge of Peace Ceremony, our Interracial Sisterhood Project, NGO Networking, Women of Faith, benefits for the Schools of Africa, the Women's Middle East Peace Initiative, and our Marriage and Family Initiative.
The Women's Federation for World Peace is a non-governmental organization in general consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations and in association with UN Department of Public Information. As an organization of women, we adhere to the principle that by working together, taking initiative, and empowering one another across traditional lines of race, culture, and religion we can create healthy families and resolve the complex problems of our societies and world.
